Amazon Web Services (AWS) is leading the next paradigm shift in computing and is looking for an innovative builder for an exciting role as Manager, Global System Integrator & Global ISV Partners within our UK Public Sector Partner team.
This role will manage a team of Partner Managers supporting the overall success of our key global partners within the UK Public Sector, enabling partners to build a profitable, scalable, AWS business whilst delivering successful digital outcomes to UK public sector. Our dedicated Global Partner Manager team are aligned to Global partners that are crucial to UKPS growth, encompassing both GSIs and Global ISV partners. These partners bring extensive experience in cloud migration strategies, ensuring that critical data and applications are securely and efficiently migrated to the cloud.
Enablement of our partners Public Sector teams and proposition development will ensure we are best positioned in the market, ensuring we are delivering the right technical enablement and building horizontal Public Sector plays such as legacy or citizen engagement. Enabling the creation of innovative solutions utilising additional services, including Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Q. Close alignment with the global partner teams to align on strategy and working closely with the wider UKPS team is essential to drive our Partner first strategy.
Your responsibilities will include building and managing a highly talented team, focused on driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration. The candidate should possess a partner/sales management background that enables them to lead a team of partner managers and own engagements at the CXO level, representing AWS within the partner's organization and at events. Developing joint GTM (Go To Market) offerings and strategy, often in collaboration with multiple partners, is key to delivering success.
As Manager, Global System Integrator & Global ISV Partners you will hold a holistic view of the business generated by your partners and will work with the AWS partner team and AWS Public Sector Sales organization to enhance and grow partner-related AWS revenue.
This role is unique from other roles in AWS in its overall focus on establishing and maintaining the UKPS sell-with execution plan Global Partners, and helping ensure that joint business growth metrics are set, met or exceeded.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Degree educated or equivalent equivalent military/professional level experience
Experience of working with the UK Public Sector
Significant experience in partner management, sales or business development in the IT industry
Experience in partner/sales
Operating skills (forecasting, pipeline management, account planning, business cadence)

Detailed understanding of UK Public Sector Frameworks with successful track record of influencing innovation and business growth through partner ecosystems
Strong management and people development skills
Strong verbal and written communications, strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences
