We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Front of House Manager who can be our go-to person. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and wants to be genuinely indispensable to our club's daily operations.
About the Role
You'll be the person we depend on to keep everything running smoothly - from fixing the coffee machine to managing event bookings and email inboxes. As our main point of contact for customers and the coordinator of daily operations, you'll handle everything from answering enquiries to ball picking, stock management to event programming.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Communication
Act as the primary contact for all customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media
Handle concerns and feedback with professionalism and care
Manage event enquiries, bookings, and event accounting
Daily Operations
Oversee front of house staff and coordinate daily activities
Manage stock ordering for restaurant, cafe, and club operations
Coordinate ordering materials for the greenkeeping team
Ensure all daily checklists and tasks are completed to standard
Handle practical tasks as needed - from fixing the coffee machine to ball picking, cleaning, or locking up
Events Management
Manage event bookings and maintain event calendars
Handle event accounting and financial tracking
Prepare detailed event sheets for our Events Operations Manager
Plan and organize internal club events
Marketing & Administration
Create promotional materials and posters using Canva
Monitor and manage social media presence with regular posts and stories
Use task management systems to organize workflows
Maintain organized records and documentation

Highly organised with strong multitasking abilities and meticulous attention to detail
Problem-solver who can fix issues independently, whether it's troubleshooting equipment or resolving customer concerns
Flexible mindset - ready to shift from administrative work to hands-on tasks without hesitation
Team player who understands the seasonal nature of the leisure industry
Willing to work weekends, ideally covering Sundays and Tuesdays.
Degree level preferred.
