About The Role

The Strategic Communications segment within FTI Consulting is one of the world\'s most highly regarded communications consultancies offering a broad base of service offerings across a variety of sectors.

The role is primarily to design and develop engaging pitch material and credentials across all sectors within Strategic Communications. Pitch documentation isn\'t set to strict FTI brand guidelines, so there is freedom for highly creative design.

This opportunity will suit an individual with excellent interpersonal skills who can build effective working relationships at all levels within the firm. Remaining up-to-speed on creative industry developments to ensure materials continues to look fresh and innovative.

What You\'ll Do

  • Use Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) to create proposal and pitch materials. Both in print and screen.
  • Produce visually attractive support materials e.g. infographics, posters, placemat to increase the quality of the proposal/pitch submission, as and when required.

  • Produce engaging credential documentations, training materials and provide other graphic support for all departments within Strategic Communications.
  • Design and create PowerPoint/Word template unique to the client\'s brand for proposal documentations, as and when required. Please note we do not layout Word or PowerPoint documents.
  • Create custom-made interactive training materials through webflow.
  • Work closely across the team to ensure that bookings are made ahead of time to ensure that materials are delivered on time.

What You Will Need to Succeed

Skills and experience
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a solid foundation of InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Work harmoniously with all colleagues i ndependently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple pitches, to tight deadlines and remain focused under pressure to ensure documents are delivered on time.
  • Experience in Weblow, Premier Pro, adobe express (not essential).
Basic qualifications:
  • 5 years experience with Adobe CC: InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop essential.
  • Degree educated or qualified through relevant experience.
