Manage relationships with external vendors, MSPs, and tooling providers as required.

Required Experience

Strong experience remediating, rearchitecting, and stabilizing poorly implemented or neglected infrastructure. Demonstrated leadership in hybrid or cloud-first environments using

Familiarity with identity federation, SSO, and device compliance within Microsoft 365 environments. Experience with toolsets including Azure Monitor, Sentinel, Intune, Fortinet, Cisco, and backup/DR platforms. Comfortable operating in regulated or multi-site environments with varied technical maturity.

Candidate Profile

Hands-on and delivery-oriented, with a proven ability to solve complex infrastructure challenges quickly and effectively. Excellent communicator who can work across technical and non-technical teams and articulate infrastructure strategy to senior stakeholders. Strong documentation habits and a clear focus on building resilient, supportable environments. * Thrives in high-change, low-structure settings where initiative and technical leadership are essential.
