We're a fast-moving group of businesses based in West Norfolk, spanning property, hospitality, security, and leisure. No two days are ever the same -- and that's exactly why we need someone sharp, adaptable, and proactive to join us.

The Role

This is a full-time employed position (approx. 40 hours, Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm). You'll be working

directly alongside me, the business owner

, supporting both day-to-day marketing and business development while also providing some PA-style support to keep everything running smoothly when I'm on the road.

Key parts of the job include:

Working closely with me to turn ideas, voice notes, and plans into action Supporting day-to-day marketing activity, from social media to events Handling emails, scheduling, and simple spreadsheets Assisting with business development projects and follow-ups Providing light PA support when needed across different sites and businesses

What We're Looking For

Confident using Apple MacBook and iPhone (emails, spreadsheets, organisation) Keen to learn -- you don't need to know everything, but you must be sharp and adaptable Great communicator who can work closely with me and keep up with a fast-paced environment Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (mix of office and remote), but happy to be in the office when needed Bonus if you already use tools like ChatGPT -- I use it a lot in my day-to-day work

What We Offer

Salary:

28,000 - 32,500 per year
