The Content Manager role is pivotal to educating our 65,000+ people across NSE, helping to shape their security awareness, attitudes and behaviours.

Reporting into the NSE Cyber Culture Lead, you will lead the work to create innovative content and deliver firmwide and targeted training and awareness initiatives as per the NSE Cyber Culture strategy and roadmap. You will be someone who thrives in a creative environment and understands the intricacies of human behavioural change and influence.

Learning solutions will cover a range of risk topics across confidentiality, privacy and security (CPS). You will leverage data to measure effectiveness, adapting and innovating learning solutions to drive continuous improvement in security culture and behaviours.

You will be involved in hiring and managing a Content Analyst and have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of stakeholders and creative agencies to develop engaging learning and awareness solutions.

Specific responsibilities:

  • Manage and work effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution
  • Oversee and line manage the Content Analyst who will support you
  • Agree and deliver a creative and engaging risk-based training and communications roadmap
  • Collaborate closely with a diverse network of Global, NSE and geography stakeholders comprising SMEs, Geo Security Reps, Learning teams, Comms reps and creative agencies on content design, development and launch of materials such as digital learning, videos, intranet articles and reference guides
  • Use a creative, multi-channel, multi-media approach to deliver impactful and engaging content that drives positive change
  • Tailor initiatives to the target audience - including firmwide NSE, partner and director groups, new joiners and high-risk teams
  • Key point of contact with the Global Cyber Culture team to adapt and implement their campaigns within NSE
  • Enhance and maintain the NSE Cyber Culture intranet site - our primary site for all user resources
  • Leverage data driven insights to improve the impact of our training and awareness offerings and continually improve security culture across NSE

Essential
  • Excellent English written skills, with the ability to communicate cross-border within NSE and at all grades
  • Proven ability in creating engaging, innovative learning content and communications for a diverse range of audiences
  • Ability to work with SMEs and translate security content (e.g., policies, new technology risks) into meaningful narratives that are clear, concise and relevant to the target audience
  • An appreciation of storytelling, analogies and learning techniques to bring to life the \xe2\x80\x9cso what\xe2\x80\x9d of our security policies and risks, with clear calls to actions, translating jargon into simple to understand learning for non-technical audiences
  • Positive team player, building productive relationships and collaborating within and across teams, to deliver high quality learning solutions
  • Delivery focused, with the ability to prioritise and organise multiple tasks and projects, promptly addressing or escalating concerns around deadlines and targets
  • Understanding of the end-user experience and their competing priorities
  • Strong project management skills
  • Comfortable working in a virtual team environment
Desirable
  • Experience in marketing and communications, and / or learning and development roles
  • A competent, user-orientated understanding of confidentiality, data security and privacy concepts
  • Experience of working with colleagues across different NSE geographies.
