At 7 Star Cleaning Ltd, we take pride in keeping spaces spotless and making life easier for our clients. We're a small but growing cleaning company, and we're looking for someone organised, reliable, and friendly to help us manage our team in Westminster.
The Role
We're on the hunt for a Part-Time Cleaning Operations Manager to keep things running smoothly. You'll be making sure our cleaning staff are happy, supported, and delivering great service to our clients. This is a hands-on role where you'll be juggling people, rotas, and the occasional last-minute cover.
What You'll Be Doing
Checking in with staff and making sure jobs are up to scratch
Organising schedules and covering shifts when needed
Keeping in touch with clients and sorting out any little issues
Making sure health & safety and company standards are followed
Helping with training and welcoming new staff
What We're Looking For
Experience in cleaning, facilities, or team management (doesn't need to be fancy!)
Someone reliable, organised, and approachable
Good communicator - both with staff and clients
Happy to work independently for around 6 hours a week (with some flexibility if needed)

Experience:
Commercial cleaning: 5 years (preferred)
Facilities management: 2 years (required)
Operations management: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
DBS (required)
Work authorisation:
United Kingdom (required)
Willingness to travel:
75% (preferred)
