What You'll Be Doing

Leading and motivating production teams with confidence and clarity. Driving efficiency, automation, and improvement across the print floor. Keeping performance on track with KPIs like OTIF, downtime, waste reduction, and labour costs. Ensuring high standards in

health & safety

and compliance

What You'll Bring

Strong leadership experience in

commercial printing / print manufacturing

. A solid background in print

production

(5+ years in leadership roles). Practical know-how in

lean manufacturing tools

Sharp analytical skills -- able to spot what works, and fix what doesn't. Natural people skills -- guiding teams with respect, clarity, and consistency. The ability to stay calm under pressure while juggling multiple priorities. If you know print you will understand there is pressure and dead lines to be met and yep we have those as well... but you already know this

Desirable Experience

Hands-on knowledge of the following equipment would be an advantage:

Single colour SRA3 through to the latest SRA1 4 colour litho press with LED UV drying A range of

Polar guillotines

Duplo and Horizon collators

with collate stitch & fold capabilities A range of

foiling & embossing machines

Die cutting

machinery A full range of

perfect binders, case making equipment & sewing capabilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 35,129.30-49,519.13 per year

Experience:

Management in the Print industry: 5 years (required)
