Deloitte's Investment Management & Wealth Operations and Domain Solutions (IM&W ODS) team offers end-to-end transformation services to clients in the Investment Management & Wealth sector. We combine deep knowledge of the industry and its challenges with technology and vendor platform capability, operations expertise and delivery excellence in order to support our clients through the full transformation lifecycle; centered around the core of their business and enabled by technology.
A key growth area within our IM&W team is Real Estate Investment Management, we are looking for people to join our team with experience of working in or advising Real Estate firms transform their business. Our clients include Real Estate Investment Managers, and Developer/Operators.

Deloitte is actively engaged with clients across Private Markets investment firms to Imagine, Deliver and Run the transformations our clients need to succeed in a rapidly growing market. We work with leading Alternative Investment Managers, Private Markets firms and Asset Servicing firms to solve their biggest and most complex problems. As part of the Operations Transformation practice at Deloitte, we pride ourselves on our ability to harness our deep industry experience across distribution, front, middle and back-office to help our clients drive transformational change across their business.

As a Manager in our team, you will work as part of a team of private markets industry specialists in our practice and have the opportunity to:

• Leverage your industry knowledge and network to become a leading expert in the market.
• Focus on the delivery of client work that will successfully fulfil and exceed client expectations and deliver engagement and programme objectives.
• Actively participate in, and contribute to, the development of the Operations Transformation practice team, including supporting proposition development and thought leadership.
• Develop trusted relationships with our clients.

Connect to your skills and professional experience

• Experience working in the Real Estate sector, either working on transformation or change initiatives within a Real Estate firm, or a Consulting firm advising Real Estate clients. This can be either Real Estate Investment Firms or Real Estate Developer / Operators.
• Experience driving change and impacting operating models of Real Estate firms.
• Broad network in Real Estate and understanding of the key business drives and market trends in this sector.
• Experience in key Real Estate Investment Management technology would be beneficial but not essential (for example: Yardi, MRI, Realplace, Juniper Square, etc)
• A track record of designing and delivering transformational change.
• Proven ability to mobilise and motivate teams, establishing the specific day-to-day plans, projects and objectives needed.
• Experience in leading client relationships and managing key stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Able to articulate complex ideas to client stakeholders.
• Have an understanding of risk, how to mitigate risk and protect the firm's reputation.
• Have a can do attitude with a real willingness to learn and participate.
• Bring enthusiasm and passion for the delivery of market leading solutions that make a difference.

Personal independence
Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm. We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints (e.g., in relation to any financial interests and employment relationships). This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm, and also prohibitions on certain employment relationships (e.g., you are not permitted to hold a secondary employment role with SEC audit clients of the firm whilst being employed by the firm).
