Manager, Real Estate & Workplace Strategy

You will be instrumental in driving projects from concept to execution, contributing to high-impact, future-ready environments.
What You'll Do
Strategic Real Estate Planning

  • Develop and execute long-term strategies for our global office portfolio
  • Conduct market research and analysis to support planning and forecasting
  • Deliver Office Portfolio Summaries and insights to executive leadership
Real Estate Project Management
  • Lead key fit-out, relocation, and redesign projects globally
  • Manage project teams, external vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Oversee project budgets, timelines, and compliance with zoning and building codes
Portfolio & Workplace Management
  • Manage lease negotiations and transactions across global leased and co-working spaces
  • Provide expert guidance to business partners on space needs and real estate solutions
  • Champion the development and continuous improvement of workplace design standards
Employee Experience & Design
  • Shape inspiring workplace designs that foster productivity and reflect our values
  • Utilize surveys and focus groups to refine and optimize office environments
  • Drive innovation in workplace strategies aligned with our evolving organizational goals
Sustainable Operations
  • Integrate sustainable practices into all aspects of workplace operations
  • Support implementation of frameworks like LEED and WELL
  • Develop policies that promote sustainability across the global office footprint
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
5 - 8 years of experience in commercial real estate and workplace strategy
Strong project management expertise in a global context
Knowledge of commercial leasing, construction documents, and space planning
Experience applying sustainability frameworks such as LEED or WELL
Proficiency in additional languages a plus
Experience navigating multicultural environments and collaborating with global stakeholders

At CFA Institute, we are committed to transparency and equity in our hiring process. In compliance with wage transparency laws in many of the jurisdictions in which we recruit, we provide the following information regarding compensation for this position:
Expected salary Range: 65,000 - 75,000 per year
Other benefits include eligibility for annual incentives, 12% pension employer contribution, and competitive medical benefits.
