LOCATIONS: Jersey, Guernsey or Isle of Man
HOURS: Full-Time
WORKING PATTERN: Daily office/branch attendance is expected

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Relationship Growth Coach, to join our team. You'll demonstrate strong leadership and mentorship skills, a customer-focused approach, critical thinking, and a dedication to values-based leadership. This role is critical in fostering a culture of continuous learning, high performance, and exceptional customer relationship management.
Responsibilities include:Highlight shortcomings and suggest improvements in current compliance processes, systems and procedures within assigned unit and/or subject area. Meet the needs of significant customers related to a range of products and services and/or manages a customer advisor team over a given area. Supervises a significant customer service team or unit delivering activities to meet customer service standards while contributes to the establishment and implementation of these services standards. Delivers outcomes by managing others and working within established systems.
Supervises others to deliver prescribed operational outcomes while working within established systems.
Assists in the design and implementation of a compliance programme while ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance standards by liaising with the regulator and/or supervises the activities of a regulatory/compliance team. Embody the organisation's values and leadership behaviours. Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and psychologically safe environment where colleagues feel empowered to grow and contribute.

What You'll NeedTeam Development: Ability to lead and develop a team with confidence, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance. Coaching: Skilled in delivering a range of coaching interventions, including remote coaching, to support colleagues in achieving their role purpose compliantly. Performance Enablement: Use of MI, observations, and customer feedback to identify coaching opportunities and drive consistent service and KPI delivery. Relationship Growth: Proven ability to grow, deepen, and retain customer relationships through financial coaching and education. Trust Building: Strong interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and colleagues. Role modelling and empowering colleagues to build long-term relationships with our customers. Digital Engagement: Capability to lead digital-first teams, optimise diary management, and respond to evolving customer demand through digital channels. Change Management: Ability to land and embed change effectively, aligning team behaviours and activities with evolving business priorities.
