Job Description

We're looking for a Manager, Sourcing & Talent Pipelines to join us in London.
The Manager, Sourcing & Talent Pipelines will lead the strategy and execution of proactive sourcing, market mapping, and pipeline management for critical roles. Partnering with hiring managers, business leaders, and the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, this role will anticipate future recruitment needs, build diverse talent pools, and provide insights into market availability.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing passive talent, reducing reliance on agencies, and ensuring a strong flow of high-calibre candidates into Liberty Global. A key focus will be delivering an exceptional candidate experience while strengthening our long-term talent pipeline across corporate functions and the growth portfolio.
What will you be doing?
Pipeline Strategy & SourcingDesign and implement a proactive talent pipeline strategy aligned with growth areas Build, engage and maintain diverse talent pools for complex roles, developing creative campaigns to engage passive talent Lead market mapping and competitor intelligence activities to identify future talent Drive direct sourcing efforts using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and innovative sourcing tools

Local Talent Management:Partner with internal teams to identify, map and socialize internal talent Promote vacancies Track and monitor internal talent profiles, identifying employees ready for development or new roles Create internal talent pools for key roles and skills, supporting succession planning, internal mobility and career development Offer coaching and career path conversations with internal talent and feed learning opportunities insight to wider People team

Stakeholder ManagementPartner with the business to understand role requirements, business needs, and capability qaps Produce and present insights and pipeline health reports to leadership Influence leaders on talent availability and market trends

Candidate ManagementBuild and maintain long-term relationships with prospective candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience Nurture pipelines through regular engagement, events, and content

Tools, Data & InsightsLeverage sourcing tools, databases, and analytics to measure pipeline effectiveness Track and report on sourcing metrics (time-to-offer, pipeline conversion, source-of-hire, diversity representation) Recommend tools, technologies, and methods to enhance pipeline productivity

We tend to look for people with:
Essential:Proven experience in talent sourcing and/or talent intelligence roles, within a fast-scaling, multi-discipline environment Proven success in building proactive talent pipelines for complex roles Project management skills to run multiple pipelines and campaigns simultaneously Excellent communication and storytelling skills to engage passive talent and business leaders alike Demonstrated experience in market mapping and competitor analysis to inform workforce or talent strategies. Able to present data-driven insights and shape talent strategy conversations with senior leaders Track record of partnering with the business to anticipate future hiring needs and influence talent decisions Exposure to or experience with internal mobility and succession planning frameworks Coaching & career development mindset -- able to hold meaningful career conversations and support internal talent growth.
