We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment across key business lines--driving hiring strategy, leading a high-performing team, and helping us shape the future.
Your Impact
Based in Birmingham, Reading, or Bristol, you'll lead a team of experienced TA specialists and oversee recruitment in some of our most critical areas. You'll shape how we attract top talent, guide headcount planning, and stay close to the action with a hands-on requisition load.
What You'll Do
Lead, support, and develop a high-performing TA team
Drive recruitment strategies aligned with business goals
Partner with senior stakeholders on headcount planning
Oversee workload, team KPIs, and hiring performance
Champion an exceptional candidate experience
Introduce innovative direct sourcing strategies
Improve processes and track key recruitment metrics
Ensure talent pipelines are strong and future-ready
