We currently have an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven and people focused Manager Station Operations to lead our management team in Deeside ( CH5 2NR ) and be a pivotal part of the transformational journey.
This is a highly visible leadership role that is crucial to the success of the station, so we are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking leader to engage, motivate and inspire the team to deliver.
Using your well developed people management skills to drive key initiatives such as route optimisation and resource planning coupled with the skills to coach and develop your leadership team whilst building a strong, competent pipeline of succession.
Continuous improvement will be a significant focus for this year. Therefore your ability to inspire and engage will be critical to successfully leading the team to deliver through change. You will also be motivated, self-sufficient and able to manage multiple priorities whilst working to time critical deadlines.
Salary in the region of 75K dependent on experience
Key requirements:
Proven leadership experience gained within a similar operational environment
A highly organised approach
A positive approach to managing and motivating people
Ability to make informed decisions under pressure
Strong financial and commercial acumen
Previous experience of working in a change led environment
