Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient service and customer satisfaction Manage food preparation and production processes, adhering to safety and quality standards Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative team environment Implement training programmes for new staff members, focusing on culinary skills and food safety practices Maintain inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as necessary to ensure seamless operations Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menu items that reflect current trends and customer preferences Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain cleanliness in all areas of the establishment Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for positive resolutions

Skills

Strong background in food preparation and cooking techniques Proven supervisory experience with a focus on team management Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential Culinary experience with an understanding of food production processes Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team Experience in serving customers with a strong emphasis on hospitality Familiarity with kitchen operations and equipment maintenance Experience in hotel or barista settings is advantageous
