Responsibilities
Oversee the overall performance and growth of the business, ensuring excellent food quality, customer service, and strict adherence to health and safety regulations. Manage customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently. Supervise stock control using FIFO principles and coordinate event planning and customer orders to maintain smooth and effective business operations.
