The value you'll add:




As the Manager - Talent Development, you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive learning and talent development services to our internal clients. This position involves orchestrating key learning interventions and streamlining processes to enhance learner engagement and development. You will be responsible for evaluating programme effectiveness and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations through meticulous monitoring and impact assessment.

What you can expect to be doing:




Deliver and Manage Flagship Programmes: Lead the execution of key development programmes, collaborating with external vendors to ensure seamless delivery and impactful learning experiences. Ensure all programme management is completed including updating content and overseeing participant lists


Capability and Skills Analysis: Assist in analysing and prioritizing capability and skills needs to align with organizational goals


Pilot New Programmes: Innovate by testing and refining new learning programmes and offerings to meet evolving business needs


Embed Culture and Behaviours: Work closely with marketing and HR senior leads to integrate essential cultural values and behaviours into learning initiatives and HR practices


Strategic Planning and Execution: Ensure timely and consistent planning and implementation of development programmes, driving efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:




Ability to design end-to-end learning programmes that diagnose capability needs and incorporate creative and engaging content


Experience in facilitating learning sessions that create an inclusive, engaging environment


Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and create structured approaches to drive results


Proficient in collaborating with and managing external vendors to enhance programme delivery


Commitment to excellence with a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure a seamless learner experience

Where you'll be based:



Our home office in Finsbury Square, London. We offer hybrid working to our employees, so you can flex between home and the office, with a current requirement to be in the office 2 days per week.
