Role Requirements




Lead the technical services team, ensuring effective delivery and support Oversee the planning, deployment, and maintenance of EPR systems and supporting infrastructure, ensuring alignment with clinical and operational needs. Act as the technical authority for all systems-related projects, providing guidance on architecture, scalability, and integration. Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Manage vendor relationships, including third-party support, ensuring SLAs and compliance requirements are met. Drive cloud adoption strategies, system migrations, and modernisation of legacy infrastructure. Assist with management of system performance, availability, and security, lead response to incidents and coordinate root cause analysis and remediation. Develop and maintain process, configuration and documentation for system deployment to facilitate standardised deployment and operational resilience. Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary technical team, setting clear objectives and fostering a high-performance culture. Manage resource planning, budgets and procurement activities for technical services. Represent technical services in governance meetings and project boards, providing clear reporting and strategic input. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders ranging in seniority up to and including executive level for clients, partners and internal teams. Act as the primary point of contact for technical-related communications and ensure stakeholder expectations are met. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with programme delivery outcomes. Conduct regular meetings and reviews to provide updates and gather feedback. Serves as the primary technical contact and initial point of escalation with the client to ensure a seamless partnership

Role Requirements




Bachelor's degree preferred. Up to75% of travel may be required. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a diverse technical team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal application teams to drive technological initiatives. Ability to balance and prioritize workload across teams for optimal department operations. Experience within a SaaS or similar digital health environment is beneficial.



Working Arrangements




Standard work week or as defined by assignment requirements. Primarily works in standard office environment or remotely. May require after-hours, on-call support and/or holidays. On-call and after-hour work during peak times including end of month/quarter/year; during this time PTO is limited to meet business needs.
