35-38 hours per week,

term time only (39 weeks)

Salary:

Up to 26,800 pro-rata (equivalent to 31,300 FTE) depending on hours & experience

Start date:

September 2025

The Role

We're looking for an inspiring and experienced Pre-School Manager to lead one of our thriving community pre-schools in Woking. This is the perfect role if you want to:

About You

Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification At least 2 years' experience in a nursery/pre-school Confident leader with knowledge of safeguarding & EYFS Organised, approachable, and passionate about supporting children and staff SENCO experience is a bonus but not essential
