Managing Director

to lead the construction arm of our business into its next phase of growth.

The Role



As Managing Director, you will:

Provide strategic leadership and vision to the business. Drive operational excellence, profitability, and long-term sustainability. Lead and develop a high-performing senior management team. Strengthen relationships with housing associations, local authorities, and key stakeholders. Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Uphold our reputation for building sustainable communities and driving positive social impact. Oversee construction contractual issues.

About You



We are seeking a commercially driven, people-focused leader who can demonstrate:

Proven senior leadership within the construction sector, ideally with significant social housing experience. A track record of leading a business or division at scale (50m+ turnover preferred). Strong financial, commercial, and operational acumen. Experience of building long-term client partnerships within social housing. Inspirational leadership skills with the ability to motivate and grow teams.
