3. Social Media & Digital Marketing
Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns on Chinese social media platforms (WeChat, Weibo, Little Red Book, etc.) to enhance property visibility and attract qualified leads.
Leverage multimedia content (virtual tours, live streams, testimonials) to engage potential buyers and drive sales.
4. Business Development & Networking
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through community networking, referrals, and industry events.
Strengthen relationships with Chinese diaspora communities, investors, and real estate professionals to expand market reach.
5. Market Analysis & Strategy Development
Monitor UK property market trends, pricing dynamics, and investment opportunities to provide data-driven recommendations.
Adapt sales strategies based on market insights to maximize client satisfaction and sales performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Sales Acumen:
Prior sales experience (preferably in real estate) with a proven ability to close deals and meet targets.
Bilingual Proficiency:
Fluent in
