About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven
Education Consulting Sales Adviser
who thrives on building relationships, understanding client needs, and closing deals. You will engage directly with prospective families and students, guiding them through the decision-making process and providing tailored solutions for their university application journey.
Your focus will be on
consultative sales, client trust-building, and revenue growth

Key Responsibilities
Engage prospective clients
through online consultations, introducing our services and building trust from the first interaction*.
Understand each client's background and aspirations
, then design customised service plans aligned with their goals.
Convert leads into paying clients
by guiding families through a clear decision-making process.
Meet or exceed sales targets
consistently on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships
with clients, ensuring satisfaction and referral potential*.
Report regularly
on sales activities, pipelines, and results, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Stay informed
about UK and global university application requirements, deadlines, and trends to strengthen your consultative approach.

What We're Looking For
You are
hungry and ambitious

proven track record in sales
- ideally in education, consulting, or other high-trust services.
You are
confident and empathetic
- able to guide families through high-stakes decisions*. You are fluent in
English and Mandarin Chinese
(spoken and written).
Bonus*: You have experience with high-value sales or with our target client base. You can provide
strong references
from previous roles.
