Manage brand accounts (RED/Xiaohongshu, WeChat Official Account) by producing high-quality, platform-native content (graphics, short videos, posters).
Create engaging promotional materials, including:
Viral RED/Xiaohongshu posts (must understand emoji/hashtag best practices)
Industry-focused WeChat articles (exceptional Chinese copywriting skills required)
Basic video editing (CapCut/Premiere Pro) & graphic design (Canva/Photoshop)
Develop monthly content calendars to align with brand voice and posting frequency.
Data-Driven Optimization
Monitor RED/Xiaohongshu ad ROI (key metrics: lead conversion rate, cost-per-engagement, CPM).
Submit weekly performance reports, including:
Ad group comparisons
Reverse-engineering of high-performing content
Quickly adjust strategies based on data insights.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Support Sales with client-facing materials (PPT decks, product brochures, etc.).
Required Skills:
Proficiency in RED/Xiaohongshu Ads Manager, Canva, and basic video editing tools.
Bilingual copywriting (English & Chinese).
Strong grasp of social media trends.
Experience in tutoring/ relevant industry is highly advantageous
