The Manifolds & Distributions Master Scheduler will represent materials & product delivery planning from bid to contract award and early execution. They will develop the overall supply plan, ensuring our ability to deliver from a leadtime and supply chain capacity, optimizing both cost & revenue.

ou will be responsible for:

Defining and driving the project bid plan, highlighting critical activities and managing through completion, to ensure Baker Hughes provides a comprehensive and achievable bid Defining internal execution strategy across multiple projects (methodology, location, etc.) Owning Supply S&OP, driving lead time and capacity management of bottlenecks (fabrication yard + suppliers) Driving end to end product lead time reductions through cross-functional activity and improvement plans Owning early project execution until handover to Product Delivery Planner Owning & controlling supply due date at point of demand loading (e.g scheduled ship date) and control demand & accuracy cleanliness

Have Experience in production planning, inventory optimization or manufacturing operations Possess knowledge of ERP systems Be able to influence and lead multiple stakeholders Have strategic thinking with tactical execution Possess a growth mindset with desire to drive change
