You will be working as part of a team carrying out general groundworks, preparation, and reinstatement tasks to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out manual groundworks including digging, trenching, and backfilling
Assist with foundations, drainage, and concrete works
Prepare sites for structural repair and reinstatement works
Load and unload materials and maintain a clean, safe work area
Work efficiently as part of a team to meet project deadlines
Requirements
Previous experience in groundworks or general construction
Ability to carry out physical, manual work in all weather conditions
Good understanding of health and safety on site
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking with a strong work ethic
Full UK driving licence preferred
Willingness to travel to sites across the Midlands
