Design, development, and execution of test cases, based requirements and user stories Reporting and tracking of issues in the JIRA ticketing system or similar platform, keeping information up to date Maintaining automated test suites to stay current with new product features Execute test cases and analyse results Preparation of test data and test environments to support testing Troubleshooting and isolating problems encountered during testing, triage and root cause analysis Collaborate with other team members to ensure software meets user requirements and is delivered on time.

Qualifications

Experience in a Test Engineer/Test Analyst position - minimum 5 years Experience testing in Microsoft applications - Dynamics, Power Platform, SharePoint etc. is an advantage Good knowledge of Functional, non-functional testing, agile software development, testing techniques, and the use of appropriate test tools. Experience of reviewing test outcomes and producing relevant documentation Experience in Rest Assured, Postman or other API testing frameworks Experience of working in an Agile manner and experience of working in Scrum Teams Good Database Knowledge (SQL, Oracle Database) Attention to detail, ability to follow test plans and scripts and good management skills.
