Manufacturing and Dispatch Associate

to join our busy team in Kirkby-in-Ashfield.

This is a physical, varied role where attention to detail and teamwork are essential. You'll be working across dispatch, stock handling, cabinet assembly and machine shop - helping to make sure every order leaves our factory on time and in perfect condition.

What you'll do

Prepare and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently

Wrap, label and secure items and pallets for safe transport

Load vans with daily orders and assist with deliveries/collections

Maintain accurate stock levels and assist with regular stock checks

Assemble kitchen cabinets to a high standard using hand tools

Support quality control and ensure company standards are met

Carry out general site duties to support a smooth-running operation

Follow all health and safety procedures, including manual handling

What you'll bring

Previous experience in a similar hands-on role

Good literacy and numeracy

A self-motivated, practical mindset with a can-do attitude

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Excellent organisation and time management

Nice to haves

A full, clean UK driving licence (required for dispatch / goods in roles)

FLT licence (very limited use)
