Pay: 14 per hour

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Manufacturing Assistant to join our growing team.

Role Overview

As a Manufacturing Assistant, you will support the production of premium fishing rods by assisting with various assembly and finishing processes.

Full training will be provided, so no prior experience in rod building is required--just a willingness to learn, good manual dexterity, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the assembly and finishing of high-quality fishing rods Prepare materials and components for production Follow established processes and quality standards Maintain a clean and organised workspace Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines Carry out general workshop duties as needed
Requirements

Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Good hand-eye coordination and comfort with hands-on tasks Willingness to learn new skills and follow training Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a small team Previous manufacturing or workshop experience is beneficial but not essential
