Requirements:
5 GCSEs at Grade 4/5 or above, including Mathematics, English and a Science, Technology or Engineering related subject, or 90+ credits in an Engineering BTEC at Level 3. A strong interest in engineering and manufacturing. Good communication and problem-solving skills. A willingness to learn and take initiative. * Enthusiastic, reliable, and a team player.
