Our client based in South Leicester are looking for Junior Manufacturing Engineers to join their production team on an immediate basis. This is a great opportunity to work and learn all aspects of new product development and provide on-going support for the current production lines. This trainee engineering technicians role will offer you the opportunity to undertake an advanced traineeship with specialism in engineering, manufacturing and prototyping leading to a national recognised qualification and accreditation. All roles offer an excellent opportunity for permanent employment following a successful trial period.

Experience/qualifications needed

• For this position you will need an entry level engineering qualification such as an apprenticeship or a BTEC in engineering.
• Must be a team player and able to work in a faced paced environment.
• Strong communication skills: oral, written and presentation.
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Basic understanding of mechanical and/or electronic fault finding.
