The Manufacturing Engineer will lead and optimize manufacturing processes across new product introduction (NPI) and ongoing production, and is instrumental in ensuring high-quality, cost-effective, and scalable production.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline. Proficient in manufacturing engineering tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and ERP/MRP systems. Qualifications and experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies. Experience of championing Lean principles and cost-reduction initiatives. Ability to use data and metrics to drive decision-making and evaluate improvements. Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
