We at Jackie Kerr Recruitment are excited to be recruiting a Manufacturing Manager for a forward-thinking, manufacturing company who carry out work for sectors including Aerospace, Defence and Medical!
The successful Manufacturing Manager will report to the Manufacturing Director.
Manufacturing Manager Main Duties:

Achieving the manufacturing objectives as set by the Board of Directors
Planning, coordinating and controlling manufacturing activities to ensure quality, cost and delivery metrics are achieved
Capacity planning to ensure that resources are available to achieve the manufacturing plan
Management of manufacturing employees including recruitment, appraisals, training and disciplinary matters
Managing all aspects of Health and Safety in the manufacturing area

Manufacturing Manager Skills and Experience:

Management experience in a manufacturing environment
Resource management and planning
Understanding of financial and operating metrics
Ability to quickly adapt in a dynamic business environment
Strong communication skills

Manufacturing Manager Further Details:

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary 60-70K per annum, depending on experience
