We are seeking a driven, inspirational Operations Manager to join our senior management team and lead the successful performance of our production operations.

What the role involves:

Maximise profitability, drive operational excellence and develop continuous improvement strategies for production

Lead the application of our high quality, legal and safety standards across all production and operation areas

Develop and lead a high performing team to ensure the highest standards are delivered and provide guidance and coaching for those responsible for the day-to-day production operations.

Prioritise our guiding principles of Value, Quality, People, and Innovation

Work collaboratively with support functions to ensure the effective running of the production areas

What you will need:

Production management experience within FMCG environment

People leadership and management skills

Resilience, tenacity, passion and energy

Flexibility with working hours when needed to manage the factory effectively
