Our client is a well established manufacturing company based in Hastings and is currently looking to recruit two Manufacturing Operatives on a temp-to-perm basis.
This is a selective recruitment process, and only candidates who fully meet the criteria will be considered. The successful applicants will be reliable, committed, and looking to secure a long-term position within a manufacturing environment.
This role involves working across rotating shifts and carrying out a range of hands on manufacturing duties as part of a team, with some standalone responsibilities.
What's on Offer?

• Job type: Temp to perm
• Location: Hastings
• Pay rate: 12.21 per hour
• Shift pattern: Rotating shifts (must be flexible)

• 06:00 - 14:30
• 14:00 - 22:30
• 22:00 - 06:30
• Opportunity for long term, permanent employment for the right candidates

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out manufacturing and production tasks safely and efficiently
• Operate within a fast paced production environment
• Follow instructions, procedures, and health & safety guidelines
• Work effectively as part of a team while also completing standalone duties
• Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy
• Support general production and operational requirements as needed

Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal English (must be fluent and confident)
• Availability to work all three rotating shifts without exception
• Good general health and fitness, with the ability to carry out physical tasks
• Manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
• Ability to work both within a team and independently
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term employment
• Own transport and full driving licence essential
