We are recruiting for Manufacturing Operatives to join a specialist company in the plastic recycling industry.
With eight UK sites and growth plans for 2025 and beyond, this is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term employment with the potential to go permanent after just 12 weeks.
This Manufacturing Operative role is ideal for candidates seeking weekend factory work in Loughborough, Shepshed, or surrounding areas.
Hours - Choose either:

• Monday to Thursday | Rotational shifts: 6am - 6pm and 6pm - 6am
• Friday to Sunday | Rotational shifts: 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am

Hourly rate:

• 12.21 per hour | Monday to Thursday
• 16.28 per hour | Friday to Sunday

Duties include:

• Manual handling of plastic components and pellets
• Operating machinery
• Operation of extrusion machinery and conveyor belts (once trained)
• Using counterbalance forklift trucks - training provided
• Adhering to health and safety procedures
• Completing paperwork where required
• Other duties as needed
