Manufacturing Operator - Night Shift
Location: Perth
Pay Rate: 13.79 per hour - Weekly Pay!
Contract: 6-month temporary contract (with potential to extend)
Shifts: Monday - Thursday, 20:30-07:00 (Night Shift)
Manpower is currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Operator to join our client's night shift production team based in Perth. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience within a clean room manufacturing environment, working for a leading company in its sector.
About the Role
As a Manufacturing Operator, you will play a key role in supporting the production process by assembling, packaging, and inspecting products according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Work as part of the night shift team to achieve production targets.
Follow SOPs and work instructions accurately and consistently.
Operate and monitor production machinery and conveyors.
Prepare and set up materials and equipment for production runs.
Complete production paperwork and record data (weights, times, packaging details).
Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality compliance.
Fill, seal, label, and pack containers to specification.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
Comply with all GMP, ISO, and cGMP quality and safety standards.
About You:
Secondary education or equivalent qualification.
Experience in a manufacturing or laboratory environment preferred.
Clean room experience is an advantage.
Good attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Basic computer skills (Word and Excel).
Team player with good communication skills.
Physically fit - able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
Comfortable wearing full PPE (cleanroom suit, gloves, mask, safety boots, and glasses).
