Manufacturing Operatives

Job Description
Our client, who are a global leading manufacturer, are looking to expand their current manufacturing capability and therefore require additional Operatives to support their business.
Candidates will be setting, operating and maintaining production machinery within a fast moving factory environment.
Ideal candidates will have the following characteristics:
- Clear Handwriting
- Accuracy in number transfer
- High standard of housekeeping
- Good hand/eye co-ordination
- Safety Conscious
- Methodical but fast approach - not cutting corners
- Good observation skills
- Quality driven
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility/Versatility
- Hand held scanners experience
Suitable candidates will be familiar with operating machinery and have experience of working within a fast moving manufacturing based role. It is also preferable for candidates to have a RTITB Counter Balance Forklift license although this is not essential.
Shift:
4 on/4 off
12 hours shift pattern covering days and nights
Pay:
16.60 per hour (inclusive of shift premium)
