Temporary Production Operative
Location: Warrington (Woolston)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm (37.5 hours/week)
Salary: 25,000 per annum
Contract: Minimum 6-Month Contract

As an Operator in Manufacturing, you'll be part of the Packaging Team, playing a vital role in preparing products for customer use. This includes ensuring products are securely packaged, accurately labelled, and meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

* Assemble packaging components including boxes, inserts, and labels
* Apply accurate product and regulatory labels
* Conduct quality control checks to ensure packaging meets standards
* Follow standard operating procedures to prevent damage during transit
* Complete necessary documentation and paperwork

Qualifications & Experience

* Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, lab, or operations
* Experience in a cleanroom environment (preferred)
* Awareness of COSHH and safe handling of hazardous materials

Skills & Abilities

* Strong attention to detail and time management
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexible, proactive, and eager to learn
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
* Manual handling capability
