Are you ready to be a part of an exciting and dynamic Production Team? At PWR, we specialize in manufacturing and assembling high-end cooling components such as radiators, intercoolers, oil coolers and other parts using a variety of hand and power tools and machinery. We are seeking motivated mechanically individuals with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a desire to build or advance their career in an advanced manufacturing environment.
We are looking for 2x new staff to support our manufacturing team based in Rugby.
Day Shift
?work Monday to Friday 7:00AM-3:30pm
Qualifications:
Commitment to safety, quality, and excellent attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret documentation and basic detailed drawings.
Use of basic hand tools.
Relevant experience is highly regarded, but not essential.
Must be able to work unsupervised at times and effectively in a team environment.
Must have the ability to?sustain concentration during repetitive processes.
More importantly, your positive attitude, strong work ethic, willingness to learn and flexibility is what makes you stand out.
