The Manufacturing Shift Manager role in the industrial and manufacturing sector based in North Lanarkshire involves overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. • Manage and oversee daily operations within the engineering and manufacturing department.
• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Coordinate and lead a team of staff to deliver operational excellence.
• Monitor production processes and implement improvements where necessary.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimise workflow and resolve issues.
• Maintain detailed records and prepare regular performance reports.
• Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

A successful Shift Manager should have:

• Effective communication and organisational skills.
• MUST have RTW in the UK
