Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling products using various tools and equipment, ensuring that all manufacturing processes meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience with both hand and power tools, as well as familiarity with warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during the assembly process. Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Assist in the training of new staff on assembly techniques and safety protocols. Report any issues or discrepancies in production to management promptly.

Experience

Proven experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely. Familiarity with warehouse operations is advantageous. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour
