Manufacturing & Stores Co-ordinator

Part-Time | Flexible Hours | 25,000-30,000 FTE

Hydraulic System Products Ltd is growing, and we're excited to introduce a brand-new role that will help us take our operations and customer service to the next level.

We're looking for a proactive, detail-driven Manufacturing & Stores Person to take ownership of processing customer delivery schedules and support the smooth running of our finished goods and parts stores.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys organisation, thrives in a manufacturing environment, and wants to make a real impact from day one.

20 hours per week, with genuine flexibility.

Part time equivalent of 25 days paid holidays plus statutory.

Prefer 4 hours a day, Monday to Friday? Great!

Want to work over 4 days, Monday to Thursday? Also, great!

Competitive salary: 25,000-30,000 FTE (dependent on experience).

What You'll Be Doing

Managing and processing customer delivery schedules.

Supporting the administration of finished products and parts stores.

Working closely with internal teams and external customers.

Helping streamline processes as we develop and refine this new position.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Enthusiastic, organised, and committed to excellent service.

Able to demonstrate accuracy and strong attention to detail.

Confident communicating with colleagues and customers.

This role requires an element of physical work.

Ideally experienced in manufacturing or similar environments. However, backgrounds in production planning, customer service, or stores management would all be highly beneficial.
