The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive Manufacturing Support Operative to join our team. This is a key hands-on role focused on ensuring that materials, machines, and work areas are fully prepared for smooth, efficient production -- especially during shift transitions. This role is perfect for someone organised, reliable, and eager to develop their skills. For the right individual with the right work ethic, training and clear progression opportunities are available.
Flexible Working Hours

While our typical schedule is 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Thursday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Friday 7:30 AM - 1:30 PM), we offer flexible shift patterns tailored to operational needs and individual circumstances. This flexibility will be discussed at interview to ensure it suits both the company and the candidate, helping maintain smooth production flow.

Prepare and stage materials, tools, and components for daily and night-shift operations
Support set-up of machinery, including our state-of-the-art laser cutting and fibre-cutting machines

Maintain cleanliness and order across prep and staging areas
Help maintain workflow efficiency across departments
Secondary Duties - Quality Support & Visual Inspection:
Carry out basic in-process inspections and visual checks on finished components

Full-time: 37.5 hours per week (example schedule: Monday to Thursday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM; Friday 7:30 AM - 1:30 PM)
Flexible shift patterns available and discussed at interview
