Join our team at Terex and embark on an exciting opportunity as we seek a skilled and dedicated Manufacturing Systems Leader to contribute to the Terex Dungannon Production Control team.

Position: Manufacturing Systems Leader
Location: Dungannon (200 Coalisland Road)
Reporting to: Production Control Manager
Hours of Work: 39hrs 45mins per week
What you will do
Reporting to Production Control Manager you will be responsible for heading up a team to ensure data compliance and control. You will guide and effectively implement production control methods with a clear goal to develop and implement production schedules, reduce inventory and maintain system integrity.
Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Enforcing a data driven culture throughout the team.
• Develop and implement production schedules based on Sales forecasts.
• Inventory management.
• Spares and auxiliary order management.
• Developing and maintaining processes to actively increase information accuracy.
• Implementing standard work processes within your department and effectively training team members in all aspects.
• Developing team members to be customer driven.
• Maintain good communication with all relevant Customers and Departments.

What you will bring

• A minimum of three years' experience working with MRP systems.
• Key knowledge of bill of materials.
• Route cause analysis of system errors.
• Good problem solving skills.
• Excellent computer skills particularly within Microsoft Office.
• Prior Knowledge of oracle systems would be desirable.
• A good understanding of lean principles would also be desirable.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Self-management skills.
• Commercial Acumen, with a result driven attitude.
• Process management skills.
• Flexibility.
• Good interpersonal skills.
