Responsibilities
Build electronic circuits from components into finished beacons and warning signals.
Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct quality checks on products throughout the production process.
Troubleshoot circuit malfunctions and perform basic repairs as needed.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Maintain accurate records of production data and quality metrics.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols within the manufacturing environment.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
A sound understanding of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting is advantageous.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment would be great, although it's not essential as we shall train you in everything you need.
