Job Description

Hours: 09:00-17:30 (moving to 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 shifts as production expands)
About the opportunity
This is an exciting chance to join a fast-growing diagnostics business that's helping doctors and
patients get answers faster, right when they're needed most.
As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll play a key role in producing cartridge consumables used in an
innovative point-of-need diagnostics system. You'll be part of a close-knit, hands-on production team
focused on delivering high-quality products that make a real difference in healthcare.
What you'll be doing

Assembling consumables using machinery, presses, and welding equipment
Carrying out hands-on production tasks to keep output consistent and quality high
Inspecting builds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
Recording production data accurately
Spotting and reporting issues early while suggesting improvements
Taking ownership of your work and seeing the impact as products move toward launch

What we're looking for

Practical experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Confident using assembly machinery, presses, or welders (training available where needed)
Comfortable following standard procedures while adapting when things change
Experience in cleanroom or regulated environments (ISO 13485 / cGMP experience
