On behalf of our client, we are recruiting for a proactive and people-focused Team Supervisor to join a fast-paced Production operation. This role plays a key part in overseeing the custom assembly process, ensuring products are built on time, to exacting quality standards, while maintaining a safe, motivated, and high-performing team environment.
Key Duties:

  • Supervise day-to-day activities within the production assembly team
  • Set clear expectations around safety, quality, and productivity standards
  • Provide hands-on coaching and support to team members on the production floor
  • Coordinate workflow, resolve production issues, and ensure on-time order completion
  • Work closely with the Team Manager and other supervisors to achieve production targets
  • Promote a positive, respectful, and engaged team culture
  • Monitor performance, conduct reviews, and support development plans
  • Manage absence, performance matters, and team wellbeing
  • Track key metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Encourage adherence to company values, processes, and global quality standards
Skills and Experience:
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is essential
  • Prior team leader, line leader, or frontline supervisory experience essential
  • Confident in performance management and supporting team development
  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative leadership style
  • Hands-on, proactive problem-solver
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Experience in custom, precision, or high-mix manufacturing is advantageous
  • Basic knowledge of SAP and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is beneficial
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Understanding of LEAN or continuous improvement principles is a plus

This role is working 7.30 am - 4.00 pm Monday - Friday
