Job Description

Join our dedicated team at Marie Curie Glasgow Hospice as a Catering Assistant, where you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality catering services that support patients, families, and staff.


As a key member of our catering team, you will assist in the daily preparation and provision of meals and refreshments, ensuring a smooth and efficient service throughout the hospice. This is a hands-on role that requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to supporting those in our care.

What we're looking for:

Has experience working in a catering environment, ideally within a health and social care setting Is confident with minor food handling and preparation tasks Demonstrates excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Thrives in a team-oriented environment, contributing positively to shared goals

Salary:

Marie Curie Clinical Pay Scale Band 2 25,694 - 27,900 pro rata per annum

Contract:

12 month Fixed Term Contract

Hours:

30 hours per week (including weekends)
