We are recruiting for a Marina & Boat Sales assistant to join our small and friendly team at Farndon Marina.
We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional levels of service to our customers, and are on the hunt for someone with the same level of enthusiasm about boats and people as us!
What will the role as Marina & Boats Sales assistant involve?
- Ensuring site inspections are regularly completed to keep our Marina in top condition
- Liaise and work alongside our sales executive to sell our new and used boats
- General site maintenance including Mowing lawns etc
- Recording customer information on our in-house CRM system
- Support with attending boat shows
- Assist with new and used boat sales with demonstrations
- Delivering exceptional levels of Customer service to both new and existing customers
What experience do you need to be a Marina & Boat Sales Assistant?
As this role is so varied, we welcome applications from a range of backgrounds, however a short list of what you will need to be successful in this role are:
- Being computer literate
- Ability to "get stuck in" and work collectively as a team but equally able to work alone.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Some basic grounds maintenance experience
- An interest in sales, and more importantly- Boats!
