We are seeking a motivated candidate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting various operations within the organisation. This position requires strong skills and the ability to work on there own. The Candidate will be responsible for ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively during work hours.
Responsibilities
Sign visitors in/out, Take payment
dispense fuel to Boats/vessels
day to day tasks given by shift Manager
Maintain accurate records of transactions and communications.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
inputting information on a working data base (Full training given)
following day to day instruction by management
Experience
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively, showcasing strong communication skills, being polite to customers
Proficient in using standard office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, enabling effective multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and contribute positively to the team dynamic.
